Shipping
Stanford ships to all 50 United States via USPS. Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on the number of items ordered. To ensure quick and accurate delivery we use USPS for all orders Domestic.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your Stanford purchase, then please send the return packaged item(s) within 30 days from the date you received the shipment. Unused items only and the original receipt. We will happily exchange the item(s) for another. Exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Item(s) must be unused in original packaging. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges or handling charges.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Note: Georgia's sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped to Georgia addresses.
